Winter’s Oath (by Michael Haro of The Battery)

This recipe comes to us courtesy of Michael Haro of San Francisco’s The Battery.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Unsinkable Rye

  • .75 oz. Oat Orgeat*

  • .5 oz. Amontillado Sherry

  • .25 oz. Pimento Spiced Maple Syrup

  • 3 Dashes Saline Solution

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir and strain into a martini glass.

  3. Express an orange over the cocktail.

*Think of it like your favorite oat milk getting all dressed up for a night at the cocktail bar.
