COASTAL CITRINE (by Catie Steinmetz of Holbrook House)

This recipe comes to us courtesy of Catie Steinmetz of San Francisco’s very own Holbrook House.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Marin Coastal Gin 

• 1 oz Amaro Montenegro

• .25 oz Italicus liqueur

• .5 oz Sweet vermouth 

• 4 dashes Orange bitters

• 1 dash Chocolate bitters 

• Orange twist 

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.

2. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an orange twist.

3. Add orange glitter for sparkle!
