The Sausalito Whiskey Trail

Some towns give you a walking tour. Sausalito gives you a two-mile, waterfront, mildly rebellious passport to the world of whiskey.

We’re proud to be part of the Sausalito International Whiskey Trail, a new way to explore 14 iconic local restaurants and bars, each paired with a historic chapter of Sausalito’s multicultural story and a whiskey from around the globe. Think England to Japan, Scotland to China, Mexico to Ireland, Portugal to Chile, Scandinavia to Kentucky—and, naturally, a proper hometown appearance from Sausalito Liquor Company’s own Unsinkable whiskeys.

Here’s how it works: download the free Sausalito Whiskey Trail app, stroll your way through participating venues, enjoy the featured whiskey or cocktail, and log your tasting in the app. Each stop earns you a virtual passport stamp, because paper passports are adorable but phones are harder to lose after a short pour.

Collect stamps as you go to unlock discounts, badges, and other prizes from trail partners, including us. Complete the whole trail and you’ll have done something wonderfully specific: tasted your way around the world without leaving Sausalito.

Bring friends. Wear comfortable shoes. Hydrate like someone who intends to make good decisions. And when you find our Unsinkable Bourbon or Unsinkable Rye along the way, raise a glass to the immigrant stories, salty characters, waterfront legends, and questionable parking situations that made this town what it is.
