We took our Unsinkable Bourbon and gave it a six-month sabbatical inside a Napa Madeira barrel. It came back darker, richer, and really into mindfulness. At 120.9 proof, this bad boy is big, decadent, and filled with character. Raisin, pecan, black cherry, dark chocolate, winter spice – it’s basically like dessert had a vacation fling with a very elegant whiskey. Which: MEOW!

This is our first-ever single barrel release, so we're pretty excited. Imagine being one of the first people to ever fly in an airplane or see a motion picture. Well, here's your chance to do something just as historic, in terms of Sausalito and barrels!
